As a result of combining Colotelo Creative with Paragon Business Management Services, ColoteloLee has quickly established itself as the agency of choice for its clients. Our principals, Garth Lee and Brad Colotelo, provide diverse experience and skills that have spanned over 15 years for a broad range of clients and industries throughout North America, The United Kingdom and Asia.

We achieve this by engaging our clients at various stages of growth from startup to succession. Brad Colotelo - Principal
Brad has been providing creative and marketing services for clients in a broad range of industries since 1989. His client list has included companies in both the public and private sector including some of the largest agencies in North America, Asia and the United Kingdom. Brad heads up the Creative Unit of ColoteloLee which focuses on media, advertising, creative direction, branding, marketing and web development.

Garth Lee - Principal
Garth has over 15 years of experience, in both the private and public sector, including financial services, aerospace, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare and franchising. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to nascent, entrepreneurial organizations. Garth works with clients to plan and strategize based on their desired goals and objectives, improve operational processes, and effectively manage projects. Garth holds a Master Of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Gene Klem - Project Manager
Gene comes to ColoteloLee with over 13 years experience in the Television Broadcast Industry and brings vast experience from an insider’s perspective of the media industry. His expertise includes: Producing, Writing, Directing, and client-based applications of the Television Broadcast Industry, both locally and on a national-network basis.
Known for his creative thinking, and ability to produce when quick turnaround are needed, Gene’s clients know they can rely on his accessibility and ability to get the job done, quickly and on budget.
