The Challenge

This, for us, is the best stage of the project, and what makes us our clients’ vendor of choice. Meetings will be set to blast away at the project. No challenge will be too unreasonable, no comment too unruly. It is now the job of not only the project team, but of the rest of the company to make the team prove that their solution can take whatever is thrown at it. At the end of this stage there is one of two results; this is the best solution, or, this is not the best solution. Best solutions proceed to the next step, and those which don’t make the cut go back to the team for reworking.
